Cenegenics was in need of additional video content for their website, paid and organic social media, and other marketing assets. Based in Las Vegas, I had the unique opportunity to oversee various video productions, providing insights on high-performing content for social media, driving conversations with targeted questions, and capturing clippable soundbites for maximum engagement with physicians, clients, and ambassadors.
*Cenegenics, a performance healthcare company, is where I was first introduced to marketing, graphic design, and video production at a corporate level.
I always started video pre-production with a significant amount of research. For physician interviews, I focused on their areas of expertise and identified topics with the least coverage but the most interest. For patient testimonials, I sought relatable stories and ways to bring energy and comfort to the conversation.
Key projects included overseeing a gym photo and video shoot, conducting interviews with several of our physicians, managing an interview with Joey Hamilton as a brand ambassador, and flying to NYC to supervise video production with Dr. Mark Hyman. Each production was meticulously planned to ensure the content was engaging, informative, and aligned with Cenegenics' brand identity.
Results
✅ Increased Reach on YouTube — Achieved over 412K video views on our primary YouTube channel, significantly enhancing the brand's visibility and engagement.
✅ Boosted Testimonials — Generated over 507K video views on review channels dedicated to patient and physician testimonials, underscoring the value of real-life experiences in building trust and interest.
✅ Expanded Content Library — Added well over 200 hours of video content to our asset management system, creating a surplus of material that can be repurposed for social media and other marketing efforts.
⚠️ Opportunity — Gathering patient testimonials quarterly and focusing on the human/emotional aspects of their journeys could further improve views, engagement, and conversions. These testimonials have proven to be the most popular assets on social media, resonating deeply with the audience.
