I transitioned into a specialized role as Cenegenics’ Social Media Manager, focusing on optimizing their organic social media to generate more informed leads. The goal was to leverage existing assets and create new content to build an educational foundation on their primary platform, Instagram. This strategy aimed to grow their audience, increase engagement, and convert followers into signups.
*Cenegenics, a performance healthcare company, is where I was first introduced to marketing, graphic design, and video production at a corporate level.
I thoroughly analyzed their existing content to understand what had worked and where improvements were needed. I developed a strong visual identity that was both elevated and minimal, appealing to their target demographic of luxury consumers. The content strategy focused on educational content around health and wellness, as well as branded content around their offerings.
The goal was to educate followers on often overlooked aspects of health and wellness while showcasing how the Cenegenics program made clients feel—emphasizing benefits such as boundless energy, better sleep, improved cognition, weight loss, increased muscle mass, and a rejuvenated sense of youth.
Results
✅ Lead Generation — +33% of all leads were attributed to my organic social efforts, demonstrating the effectiveness of my strategy in driving conversions.
✅ Audience Growth — We increased their brand reach and visibility, growing their following from 4K to 14.7K.
✅ Engagement Boost — Average likes per post increased from 10 to 200, a 1900% growth, indicating a strong connection with our audience.
⚠️ Opportunity — Additional content focused on the emotional aspect of Cenegenics patients and physicians would provide a deeper connection with the audience, as these were their top performers.
